Charlie Smith 142 #3 Posted April 2, 2013 Dry it out, take off the AT lead, take out the spark plug and have a look for water, if so, dry it out and give it another try, or maybe drain the fuel system and carburettor. You may have got some water in there. Charlie,

Butch 194 #7 Posted April 3, 2013 I've always sprayed my wires, distributor/points with WD-40 when it doesn't start after washing. I'm talking cars, trucks and mowers.
Wheel-N-It 2,968 #8 Posted April 4, 2013 Water in the points, probably. Dry the whole tractor down really good too. Use your gas powered leaf blower if you have one.

My Echo backpack blower gets a lot of Horse time. I use it on the Stallions after every mowing too. I blow through the air intake engine running to clear dirt and dust out. I also hose down and/or power wash the decks, then dry with the backpack blower. Guess I have too much time on my hands. The Horses love the blow dryer!
