What oil does it take. I'm use to kohlers. Also what's the best way to clean the carb it surges at low rpms. I love it. It's like it just came off the showroom floor.

sweet looking 416-8 my brothers 94 416-8 is what got me hooked on the onans. from the decals it is between 93 or 94 and 97 model year. the id tag is on the fender pan right by the seat left side of tractor. 1st 2 digits of serial # is the year 39 is a 93 and 49, 94 and so on. good luck, you and up loving it and that was a great price with a bagger thrown in to boot

I take that back about the oil, mine is a k series kohler, and yours is an onan, so you will have to check with others on this, but do drain gas and start with fresh, its allways wise!

Wow what a nice tractor. I just mowed the north lot with it (in My Mind)

Oh well 2 tractors are enough for me. Don't even have the second one home yet and here I am dreaming of another.

Boy! That's like it just came off the dealers showroom floor!

Now, don't go running around in the snow and muck with it!
