leeave96 487 #1 Posted February 21, 2013 Would anyone have a close-up of their moldboard plow hooked-up to their slot hitch. I'm going to try to adapt a clevis/sleeve hitch type moldboard to a slot hitch and need to make a slot hitch to clevis bracket and need to see where the plow beam mounts in relationship to the slot hitch. Anyone made such an interface - slot to clevis? Pics of it? Thanks! Bill
MalMac 1,331 #2 Posted February 21, 2013 If your plow is a Brinly, they have or had a slot tongue hitch bracket that bolts in the plow instead of the clevis. On my plow I just changed it over to the clevis. http://brinly.com/graphics/diagrams/PP_51BH.pdf This is the parts diagram for the brinly plow. Part 12 is what I just put on and took off the one for a slot hitch. They don't show the slot hitch one in the diagram, maybe you could contact them to see if it can still be obtained. I know this is not what you ask for but it might be an option if your trying to convert to a slot.
