Feel free to contribute as much information as you can to help those who might be able to help you.

Assuming the engine is running and you have the clutch pedal depressed...... what happens ~ or what do you do next? :confusion-shrug:

I have the belt cover on , and with the engine running I clutch select a gear but nothing happens when I try to move !! It's strange though I had driven the tractor stopped to close a gate then got back on the tractor and it wouldn't move when I put it in gear to drive away !! Thanks for the replys

Nothing in high or low range?

It may have sheared the key at one of the wheel hubs.

Did you look at the drive belt to see if it might have broke or came off the pulley?

It may have sheared the key at one of the wheel hubs.

Do you know where these are or how to check them?

Are you sure the Hi/Low range shifter is firmly seated in high range? Maybe you nudged out of gear by accident.

On your Hi-Lo shifter lever the smaller one like stated before make sure it's in Hi or Low range. It's easy to bump getting on or off. Don't force it hard just move it one way or the other to try and get movement. It has to be engaged one way or the other before you can select a gear to move.

Like TT said you need to check your hubs. Look at the back of the hub to make sure the set screws have not come loose. They are a squared head or sometimes a hex head with a lock nut. Both hubs will have them. If they seem ok go ahead and put the tractor in gear and let out on the clutch and check to see if the axles are spinning inside the hub. Be careful doing this in case the tractor starts to move. If the axles are spinning then you have sheared a key.

You could also have broken the key on the transmission drive pulley.

Jack up the rear and see if the tires spin in gear or they roll freely.
