Ken B 3,164 #2 Posted January 25, 2013 Ya can't stop the Chop! That is way cool. You can tell he has some experience! If I only had a plow tractor when I was a kid! I can remember when I was a kid shoveling driveways in the neighborhood with a foot of heavy snow in them and the size of yours for 3 bucks! Were people that cheap back then? Am I just old, or were they takin advantage of me!

roscoemi 245 #4 Posted January 25, 2013 Ken, that is his 5th time on the tractor. He is a natural with mechanical stuff, a chip off the old blockhead!
Whmaverick 54 #5 Posted January 25, 2013 That is so cool to watch, he is very good on that old lawn ranger, makes me want a plow for mine! And a little guy to run it.
speedyleedy 205 #6 Posted January 25, 2013 That's really neat to see him enjoying his tractor & doing a great job of plowing ! :)
dbartlett1958 96 #7 Posted January 25, 2013 Rosco, That is so impressive. It sure beats playing video games for hours on end.
roscoemi 245 #8 Posted January 25, 2013 He plays his video games, but would rather be outside. I have found out that it's really cool to have a partner while moving snow and you are both aware of whats going on around you and work together. Even better when to realize he's nine, your son, and can trust him completely and have no safety issues. Life is real good!
roscoemi 245 #9 Posted January 25, 2013 Whmaveric, Chop said to get with Kelly for parts and he'll run it for you! Lol :banana-tux:
KC9KAS 4,741 #10 Posted January 25, 2013 Looks like he is doing a fine job. His left arm probably gets a little wore out from operating the plow lift!
Jake Kuhn 1,554 #11 Posted January 25, 2013 Cool video! Looks like he really knows what he's doing! :handgestures-thumbup:

Whmaverick 54 #13 Posted January 25, 2013 Tell pchop he's got a deal I could learn a lot from him I'm sure.
illinilefttackle 399 #14 Posted January 25, 2013 What A Guy! You can see him compensate ahead when he is backing up-to put his blade where he wants it to plow next-Then- he can be seen , when his blade is jammed full of snow at the end of a run, to back up slightly to take some weight of his blade before he tries to raise it! HATS OFF to you Chop! YOU DA MAN!
Wheel-N-It 2,968 #15 Posted January 25, 2013 That was really amazing. I have seen alot of people running equipment over the years, and PorkChop has a natural talent for it. I see where he is good at taking instruction. He can hold focus on the task at hand. He has a good feel for his wheel horse. PorkChop can probably grow up and make a fortune as a Grading Contractor. Dad, you need to start saving your money to buy PorkChop a backhoe for when he gets older. He is definetly not your average 9 year old!
AMC RULES 37,125 #16 Posted January 25, 2013 Smooth operator. :handgestures-thumbsup:
roscoemi 245 #17 Posted January 26, 2013 Hey Van, don't give him any ideas! He does focus very well, and I communicate with him by hand signals. He was born partially deaf in his left ear, so that is why he always wears earmuffs around louder activities. You can see why I don't worry about him running his own tractor, even at only 9.
