Lets play another guessing game!!!

If one was to hit a full size raccoon just to the left of the front license plate bracket, how much damage would it do to a 2007 Nissan Altima traveling 55mph (or 60mph) on a night when the temp was only 5 degrees???

Guesses??????

Looks like Jake knows how to play "Price is Right", plus he gets up early.

I'ld guess $4,500 (brittle plastic in Winter freezing really shatters & speed drops the 5º a lot more, maybe -15º).

But then Kelly does these kind of repairs for a living, "unfair advantage".

Well, when one tried to outrun me on the highway about 5 years back it came to $1900 and change for a seven year old Ford Taurus. I'd guess import parts and 5 years inflation to get you right around $3000.

WOW....you guys are really freaking good!!!!

Especially without seeing picks of the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The winner is.............................................................remember, you can't go over...

KELLY..........................

$2527.25.....

There's a reason you do this for a living Kelly :)

Here's a list of the damage....not including all the little clips and fasteners...

A/C Condensor

Radiator

Lower Radiator support (composite)

Front Bumper

License plate bracket

All the plastic covers underneath (I think there is 3 or 4 or 5)

Catalytic convertor, and welding the Y pipe back by the mufflers.

Sounded like a bomb went off. Luckily it's still drivable, but doesn't look like it would take much for it not to be (i.e. radiator)

here's the varmint!!!!

Other than being dead, the critter appears to have sustained minimal damage. :)

What do I win???? I take WH parts!!!

I just yesterday changed a coresupport, rad, cond, grille, and bumper cover on a Nissan don't remember the model, but it didn't pay much I know that, about 18hrs not counting paint labor, I just do bodywork, we have painters that do all the painting.
