Not to critique, but I think you will need some chains on those wheels or you will just spin your tires when trying to blow the snow. Nice tractor, I have a 1054 also, I put a 12HP on mine. One tough machine!!!!

I had one with a worn transmission and thought of putting a 6 speed in but the bolt pattern didnt match, did you redrill the trans or the frame to make it fit?

It looks nice , now I wish I never sold mine. Gene....

I put a 6 speed in one of my 953s a few years back and redrilled and tapped one transmision hole and redrilled one frame hole, not too hard. I used rims from a FWD Ford mini van on the 5 lug hubs, just turned them around so they went outward.
