Can anyone ID this odd little tractor??

I was offered this little tractor but don't know anything about it other than it is probably from early 60's based on the cast front end like Wheel Horse uses. Any help would be appreciated also what would you guys value it at it does run and drive well.

I sold mine about a year ago for $700. Mine was really clean but probably comparable overall.

Thanks Matt for the positive ID....I did a search and saw your youtube video, they are pretty cool little tractors I will need to see what the owner wants for it.

I have one concern about the hood....Is it supposed to have such a large hole for the gas tank?
