i have a few questions abot the rear in my 314h. how fast should it be? im trying to tell if its ok or not it seems slow. How do i know if im trying to pull to much weight with it. i pulled my jeep to my barn and it seemed fine but i dont want to damage my tractor. thanks for any help

Not sure about the 314-H, but the manual on my 416-H lists forward wpeed at 0-5.6mph, and reverse at 0-3.4mph.

I would think that would be in the ballpark.

I pull all sorts of things with my 417a! The eaton 1100 is a very strong transmission and as long as you take care of it, it will do more then you could ask of it. I have switched all but one of mine to Mobil #1. It makes a big difference in winter on the lift cylinder working sooner, and the trans also works smoother IMHO
