SousaKerry 501 #2 Posted November 5, 2012 WOW!! That is one serious piece of hardware.. It appears to be Hydraulically driven hence all the hardware bolted to the fender and front of the tractor. Gotta wonder why they didn't just use the standard rototiller attachment?? That thing must really bogged the motor down when it hit harder ground
1maidenfan 202 #3 Posted November 5, 2012 I LIKE Good thing about hydraulics, you can switch the lines around and run the tiller tines in either direction :techie-eureka: Nice post Oooooh the gears are turning now on how I can reverse the direction of my tiller for my D series :eusa-think: :eusa-think:

JUSS10 250 #5 Posted November 6, 2012 There still appears to be a long belt running to the rear (top right picture) so i think its still belt driven, just has some other sort of attachment on the front as well?
SousaKerry 501 #6 Posted November 6, 2012 By golly you are right it is belt driven. But I still wonder what all the hydraulic gear is for?? Seems like a lot of hardware for just a lift cylinder
