It helps to put talc or baby powder in the tire to help the tube slide arround and another member said use westleys tire wet to help mount the tire. I have used liquid dish soap but think the westleys would do better. These little tires can give you a fit but keep on and don't let it beat you! Good luck!!

Tubes, be sure you have the valve stem pointing to the hole in the rim, I mean up or down, and clocked, if you can't tell put some air in the tube so you can see what way the stem is pointing up or down 9 if you do it wrong when you air the tire up it could pull the stem out of the hole, then your screwed you will have to poke a hole in the tube to let the air out I know this how :hide: ), now let the air out of the tube, you only have the tire only on one side of the rim right? with the other side off, taking note on the valve stem and where you want it, slip that side in first then stretch the tube over the bead it should go right on, at this point I have a tool I use for this but a tight fitting washer will work, put the stem through the hole in the rim put the washer over the stem and put the valve cap on to hold the washer, this will help the stem stay put, now put the bead of the tire on the rim be sure not to pinch the tube when using the tools to do this, I've been putting tubes in my race cars for 30 years and it just comes as second nature to me.
