terry, the engines going to end up just about all red. the block, oil pan and head have only been stripped. the iron looks that color from the phosphate wash and baking in a 425 deg oven....

Very nice Kent. I notice you upgraded to head studs. Kent, are you thinking about puting Nitrous Oxide, or a supercharger on your :wh: ? :ROTF:

You're doing a heck of a job Kent, It was good to talk to you at the show saturday.... Looks like your tractor shines a little more than the ones your dad has  . Keep up the good work.

nope, someones waiting for ol dad to get out there and work on it. its nice to be taking a break, but everytime i go down the garage to do something non tractor related, i hear them calling me and its real hard to grab what i need and leave.........

i have a lot of projects to get done and want to get kents out of the way first. maybe a good kick in the a** will get him motivated to get out there. im not going to finish it myself, its his tractor and he will put the effort in and we will get it done eventually, just need to be patient as i want him to be the one pushing dad to get back out there and get it done..........

no, its still sitting there all covered up. im rebuilding a 42" snowblower at the moment and worked right next to it all day........

not once did the tractor get itself any further to completion....

lazy tractor.....

even kent came down once or twice to see what i was doing in the garage all day, i didn't look but i think i sensed him looking over in the 875's general direction to see if the tractor had been rebuilding itself.....

like i just said, lazy tractor.....

Nothing worse than a lazy tractor! :ROTF: Seriouslt though, tell Kent he needs to come visit us, so we can motivate him, so he can in turn motivate dad! :teasing-poke: I don't want to be completely gray, by the time I get to see this beautiful 875 completed.
