sned 15 #1 Posted August 14, 2012 So I finally got the rear apart on my tractor and I snapped the left axle. Its a 400 series rear 1" 1/8 axles. Is it better to try and find a new axle and rebuild this rear or find a parts tractor? Rear is not original so not looking to fix this one just trying to find cheapest option. There is a c105 and a GT14 near me $250 for each. One of these have a rear in it that I can use? I can probably get the C for a lot cheaper.
stevasaurus 22,868 #2 Posted August 14, 2012 PM Racinfool (Mike)...he may have the axle you need in his parts pile. That is the cheapest option. :)
racinfool40 202 #3 Posted August 14, 2012 Thanks Steve...I have 3 1-1/8 axles here let me know if one will work. 1-11 1/4" with snap ring groove 1-11 3/4" with roll pin 1-11" with roll pin These measurements are the total length of the axle...have quite a few 1" axles if any body would happen to need them..
