squonk 41,320 #1 Posted August 8, 2012 First day of pic from the pageant of steam in Canandaigua N.Y. Feature tractor Minneapolis Moline.First couple of pics are from our flea market site. The rest are from the seat of my trusty 704. In search of the unusual. There are some cool things like a ride on reel mower, gas powered washing machines and a David Bradley Tri-Trac that runs.

squonk 41,320 #8 Posted August 9, 2012 Yeah. Lot's of the stationary gas engine guys have their spot roped off. Lots of hot rotating parts when they are running. don't want anybody getting hurt. The local IH club is my nemesis. I've had to move my tractors 3 times in the past 2 years because I was in "their spot" One year I was the first one there and they moved my 704 while I was gone looking at stuff. squonk 41,320 #9 Posted August 9, 2012 Day 2. Brian and Jo stopped by to say hello. I kept running into them later as they were walking the opposite way around the grounds as me. Today's highlights include another lever steer Beaver, a Garden Master, A Worthington just like the one I learned how to drive standard on and the weirdest modified motorcycle contraption i ever saw! squonk 41,320 #10 Posted August 11, 2012 Day 3 started out bad. Battery melted down in the truck over night. $100. Wiper transmission broke in son's car. Nothing used is worth the effort to try. $350. going to watch Tony Stewart in a sprinter at Black Rock Speedway. Have to leave by 5:00. Not much time for pageant walking. Got a pic of Reddi and Elvis keeping my B-N-L's Farmall A company and a shot of Reddi's new license plate that someone took and had to get a new one

squonk 41,320 #15 Posted August 11, 2012 . Last day. A couple of steamers and a lawn de-thatcher I scored cheap. The wheels are what I need for a mower deck. I have some others I can put on the de-thatcher Plus I got a great idea for a tow behind sulky project for next year! :)
