8ntruck 6,998 #1485 Posted February 17, 2021 On the drive to our dog walk starting point today, the radio played Sugar, Sugar by the Archies today. That is now rattling around in my head.

WHX?? 48,815 #1487 Posted February 17, 2021 Dammit Ed @tunahead72 why do I always have find your posts to good tunes when I have no access to decent internet?!?!!?
tunahead72 2,412 #1488 Posted February 17, 2021 You're talking about my January 30 post, the one you just "liked" a few minutes ago? That was inspired by Jorma Kaukonen's quarantine livestream earlier that evening. He did Pride of Man with his buddy John Hurlbut, and then later an acoustic version of Stainless Cymbal, one of the most raucous loud electric psychedelic tunes I've ever had the pleasure of listening to more than 1000 times in my lifetime. It's no wonder my ears ring, constantly. Actually, several of my recent posts have followed Jorma's livestreams, it's the only thing keeping me at all sane these days. Sorry to hear about your internet, but you can't possibly be any worse off than our DSL here, maximum download speed 3.0 Mbps.

tunahead72 2,412 #1494 Posted February 17, 2021 That's an excellent album, I'll have to listen to it again later tonight. I saw Cipollina and Problem Child once in San Francisco many years ago, one of his many side projects at the time. It was an excellent show, at the San Francisco Music Works. Paul Kantner was in the crowd, hanging out with his entourage. A magical night... Ah, memories.

Always did like this song and then you put an orchestra behind it? Great post Richie.
