wallfish 16,994 #2510 Posted April 6 Been on a 10 Years After kick recently. Alvin Lee was quite talented. George Harrison plays the slide on this one From Woodstock just to pick up the pace a little. It isn't very deep on the lyrics end and definitely not for a romantic night with the wife. This would've been awesome to see live Then this talented dude showed up after Alvin Lee. If'n your into classic rock guitar stuff, maybe give a listen. Drum solos, bass and guitar jamming, it's got it all. They do play I go home about 1:02 into it but I prefer the Alvin Lee in Woodstock version.

wallfish 16,994 #2514 Posted April 13 (edited) Another great song writer from way back is Eric Burdon. "Mother, tell your children, not to do what I have done" That should be in my signature on here instead of the John Lennon quote that's there now!. Pullstart 62,829 #2523 Posted May 21 I woke up with this one in my head. I’m not sure how we’ll know The Verve Pipe was nationally, they were a local band that seemed to make it big.
Pullstart 62,829 #2524 Posted May 21 @wallfish - Curtis Loew. This is dating me big time, I NEVER HEARD the original, until after the cover came out.
