COMMANDO6 20 #28 Posted July 17, 2012 Awesome. Except for the smell you'll have under there in 2 weeks. See, they have an attachment for everything.
ben06351 19 #29 Posted July 17, 2012 Way to go. I love it. I usually clean out my shed by starting up up a few engines and closing the doors. Hey if I have to use up the gas I should get something for my effort.
6wheeler 603 #30 Posted July 18, 2012 I have an old push mower (minus the blade) that I use for gophers and moles. I use a 5' piece of flex tube, shove it in the hole and let her run through a tank full, and gone.

jla1257 2 #32 Posted July 18, 2012 Now about the squirrels that eat the hood latch knobs off of my tractors. Can't seem to find any answer for that one. If I remove the plastic knobs, they go after the choke/throttle knobs. If I remove them, then the danged little critters start gnawing on the aluminum dash housing. I can't win. http://www.crosman.com/airguns/rifles/pump/397 Take one out first thing in the morning and cook it up with some gravey and a biscuit. Two problems are solved. The fist being what to eat for breakfast and the second how to stop the squirrels from eating your wheel horse.
Don1977 604 #33 Posted July 18, 2012 I've been fortune enough to have a King snake around to take care of the rats. mice, and other snakes . I sold an old car, there were two men under the hood changing the battery and getting it fire up when a King snake crawled out from between the felt liner and the hood, wish I have a vidio of that. Thanks for that link Bob, it looks like a good place to start thinking about how to resolve my woodpecker problem, once and for all. The little peckers have been destroying my wood siding for years, poking holes large enough for other birds to create nests in my attic. I've tried almost everything to keep them away, nothing works for long. -- I actually have a box in my basement labeled "Bird control supplies". Not that I would actually shoot one, of course. :)
