MalMac 1,331 #1 Posted June 1, 2012 Not sure category to put this in so I will start here. On my 1990 520H I just went through the pleasant task of removing the implement hydro lift control. Is that the first thing they put in the tractor when it was assembled? Man what a job! Anyway does anybody know if a rebuild kit is offered still ether through Toro or a hydraulic specialty shop? Anyone rebuilt one before? It was starting to get the leaking around the spool and making a pretty good mess.( Mods if this post needs to be moved please fill free.) JackC 617 #2 Posted June 1, 2012 I believe it is mostly O ring replacement. There is a lot of other information out on the internet. There is a video out there somewhere. Here is one of the manuals: http://wh.classickitchensandmore.com/Manuals/91%20520%20H/whlifhyd.pdf
MalMac 1,331 #3 Posted June 1, 2012 Found the answer to my own question. Yes the rebuild kit still available from Toro but I got mine straight from the valves manufacturer. It was a whole lot cheaper by about 58 $$$.
