shootinok 15 #1 Posted May 22, 2012 When I saw the hitches Smoreau was making I just had to have one. I got in on build #1 because they were just too cool - beyond my will power. When I got it installed, I marveled at it and liked to just look at the craftsmanship. Then I wondered... now how am I gonna make this work to pull implements? It won't work with a WH clevis hitch and I have a plow and a cultivator with Brinly attachments. Well – I came across a JD Brinly hitch like this one I almost couldn't bring myself to modify it because they bring a pretty penny - but decided "what the heck" A hitch in the hand is worth two in the bush... or something like that. So I cut off the two outside mounting plates and had the center bar welded to a receiver hitch. Works like a charm! Thanks again Scott! 312Hydro 474 #2 Posted May 22, 2012 That is slick! Looks heavy duty. I can see a bigger demand for Scott's hitches now!
