Grader/Snow Plow Spring Restoration

I'm trying to decide what is the best way to repaint the springs on my plow once I have the rust removed. Any good suggestions that will cover the entire spring? I'm thinking I'll have to have them powder coated.

i stretched mine out on a custom rack i built to paint them

it was a peice of 5/16 plate that i welded rebar to,it was a little tricky gettin the springs on it but then the were stretched,the rebar was about 8 inchec long,so i could paint all the way round in one go,i borrowed the plate for another project so i dont have it now,but it was very basic and worked well
