WH Raider10 17 #10 Posted May 6, 2012 Hello/Bonjour Jeff, I'm also a collector from Belgium but I live about 2 hours from you. Very nice raider you got there! They're a great machines. I've one too. Finding attachments where you live isn't that hard. Luxemburg and the Ardennen is the place to be to find wheelhorses, snow plows and snow blowers. I just bought another wheelhorse trailer near Luxemburg, I still have to pick it up. We might could meet up once to take a look at your machine. Bobie01 22 #11 Posted May 6, 2012 Yes Pieter Jan but if the owners want to have a 1000 € for a lot of scrap, and for me (17 years) is all too expensive but I have now found nearby who has a Wheel Horse with deck and plow and cheap but the condition was very bad Jeff
WH Raider10 17 #12 Posted May 6, 2012 Jeff, I understand it. I just turned 18 and I also have a very little money I can put into my wheelhorses. Did you buy the wheelhorse with deck and plow? Was it a snowplow? Pieter-Jan
wheeledhorseman 574 #13 Posted May 6, 2012 to Red Square Jeff It's great to have new members join the Euro section. You've come to the right place to make friends with others who share your interest and can offer help and advice when you need it. Don't be put off by the condition of some of the old horses, they're not all as bad as they look but you are right to be thinking about can this one be saved or not. WH Raider10 17 #19 Posted May 7, 2012 Jeff, I'm glad you found a snow plow! I searched 4 years before I found one. It's one of the best implements you can own. Have fun with it and I'm sure you can fix up the wheelhorse. If you need any help or you have any questions just ask me. Bien à vous, Pieter-Jan
