zieg72 209 #1 Posted April 28, 2012 Needs a battery and a key way for the drive pulley. Runs nice with a 8hp Magnum on it. Tires seem good and has tight steering. With all my outside stuff going on I thought it would be nice to have a smaller tractor that I could plow/level dirt with. Found this pretty nice 308-8 on CL about 15 miles from me. This is the platform for my hopeful 25 mph horse with a little pulley swapping.
Stigian 1,234 #2 Posted April 28, 2012 That's a nice find Zieg, it looks quite clean. Not quite sure I would want to do 25mph on an 'orse though...... Well maybe with the right mods :D
zieg72 209 #3 Posted April 28, 2012 That's a nice find Zieg, it looks quite clean. Not quite sure I would want to do 25mph on an 'orse though...... Well maybe with the right mods Your build has inspired me... Disc brakes on the rear to stop, 520H forward swept axle with gear reduction steering for better stability and the 8.5 in rear rims for a wider stance. I'll be on the lookout for a K341 for a little grunt.

Vinylguy 4,674 #12 Posted April 29, 2012 I am coming to Scott's again this year. What would be cool is to bring the graphics and do an install demo Will you be modifying the hood or frame in any way?
