stevebo-(Moderator) 8,331 #3 Posted April 26, 2012 They are not all that common. I bought one at the show a few years ago for about $150ish and it sold locally a few weeks later to a guy who drove over 5 hours for double. I never actually used it but in theory they seem like a good attachment. I think you can only run a 42 side discharge or 48. You cannot run a rear discharge but I could be wrong. varosd 1,185 #4 Posted April 26, 2012 looks to be in good shape! whatwere they asking? For whoever has just such a setup...how does it affect the steering?
Paul D. 26 #5 Posted April 26, 2012 No I didn't get it. Don't have enough yard (or storage space) right now to even think about it. I just hadn't seen one before. He is asking $325 and it includes the deck. I know we are not allowed to list C.L. ads on here so if anyone is interested pm me and I will give you the details. It looks like its a pretty nice setup. AMC RULES 37,132 #9 Posted April 26, 2012 Besides where clearance is an issue, what would be the advantage of running a deck out in front of the machine?

How about mowing under bushes or under fence rails. Mike........... You cannot run a rear discharge but I could be wrong. Who would want to....imagine all the grass clippings in yer teeth ! SNYFIX 13 #15 Posted April 27, 2012 Had a customer that just had to have it with the rear discharge against what the factory said. Factory was right, it would fill the cooling fins in no time.
