My Toy has a new name!

Well I've been doing some work on the 1972 Commando and it's looking much better now. Repainted it and put some custom decals on it. Put in a headlight tub with a new lens, new tail light and switch, so they all work now. Thought you might enjoy the new pictures. I have renamed it Cowboy's High Horse! :happy-wavemulticolor:

Great high-rider. Are you bringing it to the Wheel Horse show in Arendtsville, PA, or to the Extravaganza in Evansville, IN ? I want to see it up close.

I don't have anyone to take video but sooner or later someone will come over and maybe I can get some video. The steering is like having power steering and there is no slop. The guy that built it put a new rack and pinion gear box on it. This thing drives great. It's not a speed demon but it moves right along if I had to guess maybe 10 or 12 mph. Of course there may be a plan for a little bit larger engine pulley in the future. I seem to have this affliction to speed.

I don't plan on going that far from home with gas at $4.00+ a gallon. I may be at Mentone,IN Saturday and that's 80 miles one way. You know you would think with Wheel Horse being made in Indiana, there would be the BIG show in South Bend. But no it's 1000 miles east in PA. Evansville is 250 miles one way from me.
