I guess I'm just a rookie, but I had no idea that Wheel Horses were biult under a different name and color. That's wild. So how did this happen, did Wheel Horse sell their designs to another company or did Wheel Horse change names or what? You have my attention now! Basically an A-90 special with a different paint job. Ours was green when we acquired it, so it has stayed that way. It's unlikely to be any of those... Probably the GT14, Raider 10 and Lawn Ranger - but then maybe it could be the B-111, C-105 and C-101.... :D

Matt Matt, in around 1968 a factory was opener in Geel, Called Amnor. Here 'knocked down' horses were assembled from container loads of engines, frames, tinwork and transmissions. They were then sprayed and shipped. They were pretty close representations of the US models, with just a few minor differences - usually the decals and model numbers don't tie up ! Norlett were just someone who asked for a badging exercise on them. A bit like Infiniti, Acura - same cars as Europe, but different brands here ! mark
Norlett 3 #17 Posted April 16, 2012 :tools-wrench: :tools-wrench: Yes the little norlett might be the wrong colour. Its all the beer they pour down my neck.(Thats Mark and Ian my Lads) Then my eyes go blurred.Green paint might have looked red.after a few beers And its got the wrong engine. But comming from this odd Family,Any thing goes. AND MY WE ARE ODD It gets lots of attention at shows. It has a small harrow on the back. We got a Certificate of merit. For our class. At the Cumbrian steam rally. So colour at some shows,Does'nt matter..........Frank.

I find that very interesting. How long did they biuld them for? I really think that's neat, I wish I owned one. I don't imagine there are any of those running around here in the states. AMC RULES 37,132 #20 Posted April 17, 2012 All you need is the Norlett front escutcheon plate, and some(YUK)John Deere green spray bombs. I can't believe I just recommended doing that to a ...forgive me Lord, for I have sinned.
