Lowered Wheel Horse?

Has anyone lowered a Wheel Horse? Include pictures of the lowered Wheel Horse!

You cant lower the rear except by using smaller tires, but plenty of guys have flipped the front axle to get the front end down and give it a mean raked look.

I lowered the back of one by cutting the frame, flipping the mount to the trans upside down and welding it back together.

The begining of the thread got hacked up from the forum hosting move but pg2 you can see the rear of the frame. This tractor now belongs to another member so I can't get any more pics.

Despite the raked look, the frame was level at 4" ground clearance. The raked look was achieved through major body reconstruction. Steering was a custom speed steer set up. 1/4 turn of the wheel each way lock to lock. Never got to actually drive it though. Sold to a member here.

Lower heck I wanna raise one....hmmm mayber if I raise that wisconsin tractor I've been working on.....put the tranny in te bottom 2 holes and rework the sheetmetal to accept bigger tires hmmmm :eusa-think:

Yes, it's my wifes! This is all the paint work I've done since I started this project 3 years ago! The custom vinyl work was from our own Terry Dennis! Thanks Terry!

Once you lower it you could put some spinner rims on it and maybe some hydraulics to get it bouncing

So did you simply mount the trans upside down??

No, you can see the frame mod on pg 2 of that thread but I saw your other thread about using a B115. That's a completely different style of tractor.
