Jim_M 178 #4 Posted April 4, 2012 You can spray them with water with a few drops of dawn dish soap or water with a few ounces of vinegar, it won't hurt the plants but it will kill the bugs. Prater 75 #7 Posted April 20, 2012 Only thing I dont like about the Neem Oil is it washes off after a rain. You have to mix a small amount of dish soap with it to spray, i think this is why it washes off. After a rain we have picked about 10 to 20 bugs off three rows of potatoes, not bad really.
