mattd860 162 #1 Posted April 1, 2012 i picked up a 753 with reel mower and snow blower yesterday. I've been looking for a round hood tractor like this for a while and the deal was perfect. Most of the tractor seems to be original but other parts like the gas tank and hood have been previously repaired/restored. The bottom of the hood where it mounts to the front of the frame is cracked and very brittle but I think I can fix this. The reel mower is in perfect shape but doesn't cut too well. the blades seem sharp but there is a noticeable gap between the blades and the cutting bar. Is this adjustable? Also, when mowing, I cannot turn the tractor. In order to turn, I have to raise the mower up. Is this normal? 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
