Rooster 191 #5 Posted March 20, 2012 Just because the bowl fills up does not mean the engine is getting fuel, it just means the carb is getting fuel. I would start with a good carb cleaning. Sounds like the choke isn't working right. That is possible, if it is the case then you should be able to hand choke the engine to start it. jay in nc 210 #8 Posted March 21, 2012 be carefull with that carb, my lt1000 w.kohler 17 broke the throtle shaft at one of the butterfly screws and it sucked that screw into the engine and it scored the heck out of the bore before it bounced out the exahust.wasent 30 days out of waranty. is this the same carb you were looking for a solunide for? pm me i still have the carb.
