Callen 64 #1 Posted March 15, 2012 trying to attach a 42" deck on my GT1848 from my GT2500. Can't seem to be able to get the dck to come forward enough to get the bar up in the attachment correctly. Don1977 604 #4 Posted March 15, 2012 The plate with the notch on the mower deck attachiment rod has to fit over the upper rod in the tack-a matic hitch. That's what will not let it come forward to latch. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Callen 64 #5 Posted March 15, 2012 I squared it up better under the tractor. Rolled the tractor back and hit the hyd lift lever and pop right in. Glad my fingers weren't in there!!!!!! Thanks for all the help. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
