Help I.D. a small lawn Cart

I got this little cart with a 1960 Wheel Horse Suburban 400. The owner didn't no if the cart is Wheel Horse. He did say the wheels have been changed. Does anyone no if it a Wheel Horse cart?

I'm going to say no, it's not quite the same as the early dump carts.
