I have a torn tendon to be attached and some roto cuff damage...should not be too bad. I don't know where JimD finds those videos, but that is pretty much what happened to me last November. I find it a little hard to watch. Luckily, it is not my lift arm, and I will not mix pain pills with Rock&Rye...like was said...shows are coming and I want to be there. Let you all know how it goes.
