This pic is almost 30 yrs. ago. of my 64 F-100. Couldn't kill that one. It was an ex CL&P power company truck, then it went thru the torture of Rizzo Electric for quite a few yrs, then my older brother and then me. I later bought a 2 yr. old 1986 Ford F-250 4x4. A beautiful truck, big money too. I babied it and took awesome care of it. I barely had 55,000 miles on it and the bottom end of the 351 let go while towing my camper. I paid 3 grand for an engine from R.H.S. It had plenty of snot (much more than the stock 351) but the bad taste was already in my mouth, I soon sold it.
