rmaynard 15,294 #5 Posted January 9, 2012 I think that $999.99 is a little bit on the overly optimistic side.
Sparky-(Admin) 21,073 #6 Posted January 9, 2012 I think that $999.99 is a little bit on the overly optimistic side. Not to mention they were not a quality product to start with. My 1st edition has a few pages which have separated from the book . I dont look at it much but if I used it as a frequent reference book it would be practically shredded by now . Mike............ DoctorHfuhruhurr 137 #7 Posted January 9, 2012 I'm waiting for the e-books to come out. They'll be scanned eventually by someone. With all the millions of e-readers being sold I didn't think anyone read physical books anymore. The author should create an e-book before someone else does it for him and he misses the boat. It's just a matter of "when" in my opinion. I think prices will drop a lot when that happens. You snooze you lose.

marvairplanes 34 #17 Posted December 2, 2012 The most significent difference is in the binding. Second edition was "made in China"...Go figure... Marv
