Mith 2 #1 Posted November 16, 2007 Sounds like most you guys have seen this before, but I'll post anyway Finished it back in july I think, and my back has been thanking me ever since! Very versatile tool, and the 312 handles it fine. The loader itself just bolts on to existing holes on the tractor, apart from the seat the tractor is exactly the same as stock. I am curious, though, as to why you went with a separate reservoir as opposed to the conventional type in the tubular uprights. Mith 2 #7 Posted November 19, 2007 Greg, 2 reasons, first I had the I girder I used already, and wanted to use that, so I had to contain the fluid elsewhere. Secondly, I wanted to be able to use the hydraulics for other things even when the loader was off, so I needed all the hydraulics to be on the tractor and separate from the loader. This is also why the valve is bolted to the tractor and not the loader. And also the tank contains more fluid so it runs cooler. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
