mrc 818 #1 Posted January 1, 2012 hi all, here is a pic of the belt guard mods i made to my C200 with loader. this has the onan 20hp engine in it. i borrowed an electricians knock out punch tool from a co-worker. each hole is 1.125 inches. boy does that flow a lot of air now!. sorry for the double post. i struggle with the computer. mike in mass. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

mrc 818 #4 Posted January 1, 2012 hi amcrules00, yes, that is what the tool looked like. each hole was 1.125 inches though. it was quick and easy and let very little burr. quick filing with a rat tail file and some touch up paint and good to reinstall on the tractor. mike in mass. Hydro 131 #5 Posted January 1, 2012 That's a great way to deal with this problem. Here is a photo of what the back cylinder of an Onan is up against.
