Someone sent me an email a while ago asking if I had these photos which I posted some months ago. I said they were deleted but I have since found them on my office computer, forgot they were here. I am posting them again if anyone is interested.

No, a small engine repair guy had it and thought I might be interested. I was but only to the point of thinking it might make for some interesting viewing on this site. He sold it. He was asking $1000.00 and says he sold it for $850.00

Seems like a lot of money for such a little tractor, wonder what it's original sale price was back in the day. :scratchead:

It is a little cutie pie though. :icecream: Do you remember the year it was manufactured Gary? :dunno:

WOW! :jaw:

I remember going to scrap yards and crawling over riding mowers like that to get to the good stuff. :ychain:

Not saying that the one pictured above is bad, but who would have ever thought they would be worth big money 30/40/50 years later? :scratchead:

Must be about time to dig the early-60's FMC / Monkey-Wards rider out of my parent's garage. :eusa-whistle:

You guys have to remember that somethings up here are a lot more. It stems from years back when there were tarriffs on everything coming into Canada. Also there were a lot less of these kinds of things. Personally I'm not sure I even believe he got that much. I would have thought $250 would have been lots of bucks.

We have always paid more for goods up here than in the US. That's why so many Canadians come to the US to shop. Having said that I run the risk by stating this of having people jack their prices just because they know I am from Canada. I can guarantee you there are not near the quantity or the selection of used parts for wheel horses that most of you are used to.

Regards

Don't know what year it is. I know it was fully operational when I saw it.
