Martin 2,132 #77 Posted April 26, 2012 brian, i like that flanging tool idea. i need to get me one of those. got any tips on what to get?....... will the flanging on the inside be covered by the tank, or are you going to do some more magic to make it disappear? i like the way you fixed that area. looks like the best way to get it back looking nice again around the filler hole. Martin 2,132 #86 Posted May 13, 2012 brian, nice work there.... thats one thing i would really like to be able to do. machine new parts. i am really missing even the makeshift machine shop my last employer back home had. love to have access to a decent lathe even. we have one at work in the maintenance shop, not wired up,and doesnt seem a priority to get working anytime soon. the management just doesnt seem to think its important enough. would love to have something small at home even..... guess i cant complain, with all the finishing/painting equipment i have access to.... looking forward to seeing more of your awesome work..... SNYFIX 13 #92 Posted May 14, 2012 Our dad is smiling down at you Brian for the fine work your doing on the RJ !! Seeking advice on the best place to post the 'Flooded Parts' sale -- don't want to do the wrong thing on this fine WH site. Been working on getting everything set up for the sale. We want it to be a "all or none" BTW and with the show coming up now would be the time to buy and get them organized. The highlites is several bins of WH Parts. A B-Series rototiller attachment and we found a box of embossed hubcaps. There is a WH Electric tractor charger but it is unknown if it works. Again, EVERYTHING will go at one price and we may even throw in some FREE non-WH goodies to fill your truck !!
