With the plow. I will put the tall chute blower on if it looks like we are getting more than 6 inches. But I have a weird feeling we are getting no snow this year.

Hi All,

I wanted to include my snow fighter in with the rest of these pics.

Lately I have been ispired by some of the front weight additions to the front tach a matic. My rig is stll a little light in the front end when going up hills, so if I can find some time and materials that will be my next upgrade.

The biggest thing this "dozer" is lacking is a locking rear end. If this had a locker it would be unstoppable! I wish the squares engineering talent could come up with a locker that works and I'd be very interested in it! :)

C141. This will be the first winter throwing snow sense I rebuilt the 14hp Koehler. My dad seized it year before last and it was bound for the scrap yard (he bought a new Deere). I couldn't bear to see it go so I rescued it. It should serve me well for many years.

Well here is the 01' xi which will be backed up by a C175 with 42" tall shute blower with cab. I have been circling the sidewalks looking for snow but we haven't had anything yet. Some off the neighbors think that I have lost it but I just tell them that I am still going thru therapy (legs)

Going to go pick this one up on Tuesday. It's the blower only. The tractor is not included.

Just like everyone else, I am waiting for the snow. This year I wanted to be better prepared. First out will be the 518xi. I finally found a blade to fit it although it is actually a New Holland with a WH Red wear strip! My Ariens 924DLE use to fight the Chicago winters so when I moved to Maryland everyone told me that it would gather dust. Surprise! Two extreme winters for this area where I was the only blower in the neighborhood, and cleared the neighbors' driveways as well. The 312A will be the backup and snow pile remover. Still to do - although there doesn't appear to be a rush - are weights on the 518xi and chains on the 312A. It better snow as I need to justify replacing the Ariens next year with a blower for my other tractor. :D

We finally got enough snow to try the blower out. Last year I had the cylinder out getting it lathed for new innards. Leaked really bad and still leaks a drop or 2. Nothing like before (a big puddle). Anyway I am very happy with how the blower works on the 160 auto. Throws the heck out of the snow. Got hold of a Charger 10 last spring and am plannig to put a 12hp Kohler in it instead of the 10hp Techy. Know what!!! What a neat little tractor to push snow with. No weights, just chains. Tell you what!! With the hydro and the hand lift you can get some work done like quick......

Just left the D-180 in the garage until something big happens....

Later.....
