manual peerless swap to a hydrostatic

I have a wheel horse 211-5 built in 1986. it has the 5 speed manual right now it's hard to find a gear and just a pain. I was wondering how big of a deal it would be to swap over a hrydostatic transmission to my tractor.

The best way would be to find a complete hydro tractor with a shot motor as opposed to just a hydro tranny. That would give you all the oddball parts, linkages, and do-dads.

How hard is the job....no idea , sorry.
