Piston-piston Sundstand

OK, dont give me a hard time about this, I'm p!ssed about it enough already.

I had to do some axle and diff surgery on my 1973 14 Auto, and have got it all back in the tractor and working OK. But I cant find the dipstick. :thumbs2: I have torn my shop apart as well as the corn crib where I keep most of my spare parts, and have come to the conclusion that the damn sqirrells came in and stole it. (Chuck can you ask your buddies to return it please??)

I'm wondering if someone can measure the marks on their dipstick for me. From where it seals against the top of the tube to the "Full" mark, and again to the "Add" mark. If I get these measurements I can shorten an 8 speed dipstick to work.

I'm fairly sure as soon as I make one, the original one will turn up.

As the title says this is a piston-piston Sundstand from the early to mid '70's, its the one with a dipstick tube that is about 4" long from the top of the box.

Thanks!

On my 76 C-160 it's 4 3/4 " from the sealing edge to the full line and 5 1/2" to the add line. Mike :thumbs2: :banghead:
