plough identification

I've finally acquired two items I've been looking for for the last year...

can anyone identify and tell me the model number of the plough - I have already identified the snow plough from the ID plate.

It appears complete with cutter, but there is a bolt sheared for the cutter depth adjustment I think.

Also it weighs a LOT - can the implement hitch really lift one of these beasts?
