mrc 812 #1 Posted July 16, 2011 hi guys, i recall seeing a kit where you screw in some studs thru the back side of the rear hubs. then you can mount your tire/wheel and secure it with chrome lugnuts. where can i get these? thank you. mike in mass.

baerpath 517 #3 Posted July 16, 2011 Napa, or any other car parts store. Or just thread a bolt through the back and put a lug nut on. Thats what we do on the pullers Duane

Duff 206 #8 Posted July 19, 2011 ....and for the guys out there who haven't made the conversion to studs and lug nuts, I gotta tell you it's the best idea to come down the road since sliced bread, especially if you change wheels around (ags to turfs and back) from time to time. The savings in time and effort alone are immeasurable! Duff :ROTF:

squonk 41,155 #12 Posted November 18, 2011 I got 2 fine threaded studs that I screw into the hubs after I take off the first 2 lugs. I use them as guide pins when changing wheels. Easy cheap and you keep it factory. Bob's kits do look nice though!! :dunno:
