Brrly1 1,146 #1 Posted July 8, 2011 Hello to everyone. We are going to be putting on a small show or gathering of area Wheel Horses. Our friend Carl started doing this last year and we had roughly35 to forty tractors. We are actually trying to get over a hundred this year. I don't want to hold anybody back from making the trip over to Scott's on the same date. I myself had every intention of heading over to Scotts to hang out. I have known of the date for awhile because it is when the neighboring church puts on the annual rummage sale. There will be food and drinks available at the church. Last year everyone had a really good time and hope to do the same this year. So if there are any guys who are not going to be able to make it over to Scotts please feel free to stop in and talk about some ol' Wheel Horse stories. We will be located right there on main street in Neapolis. P.S. All makes and models are welcome
Brrly1 1,146 #2 Posted September 25, 2011 I am going to give this a Bump! For those of you that are not going to be able to make it over to Scott's Meet and Greet that are in any neighboring communities. This very well could be an option. I also understand that there is going to be a car show with a raffle for 3 - $250 gas cards. All makes and models of tractors are welcome. There is going to be a buy and sell area also available. There is also food available at our little gathering. The church is also donating Free coffee for us. Just a bunch of guys getting together for a Great day! :banghead:

refracman 167 #4 Posted September 28, 2011 This is the actually the 4th yr but the date was changed this yr from the 3rd Sat in Sept. to the first Sat. in Oct by the church, which is when they hold their fall rummage sale. Anyway we are suppose to have a couple of the big collectors in the area showing up. One guy alone is bringing 12-18 units! and Carl will be displaying 15-20 and a few of us will have multipes too. We also will have not one but two 2007's there. One has been setting in the crate since bought. But the owner decided to get it out for the show and asked Carl to do it. He hasn't serviced out a new one since he retired and was more than happy to do it! Like John said if you cant make it to Scott's you more than welcome! Its in Neapolis Ohio, you cant miss it, just south of the fire dept. or across from the post office.
refracman 167 #5 Posted September 30, 2011 Well looks like we are going to have a nice little show, have received confirmation of that another collector will be there. He will be bringing one of Bob's creations and one each of the color patios also a cubby 982. All in all looks like it'll hit at least a hundred units, and with the car show, the town will be full! Me thinks if the weather holds our little town will have its first traffic jam :thumbs2:

refracman 167 #9 Posted October 4, 2011 We had a great turnout to Carls show! I would like to thanks those from here that could make it. We had 99 tractors and that was with some not comeing out because if the weather. Not bad for a word of mouth show. We had Ponds/Whs from 46 to 06, a couple signed by Cecil and some very cool others there. Our freind from Millbury Oh. brought 12 nice WH units and was going to bring more but the weather held him back. A couple of guys made multiple trips including myself trying to match at least Don, but no one could match Carl with 19 tractors . The Church provided us with coffee and a killer spagetti lunch with all the fixings which kept us warm and full. I am writing this at work and will add pics shortly.
