HorseFixer 2,012 #26 Posted June 25, 2011 I believe "Duke" (HorseFixer) can tell you something about the Blue Sky. He says it's the reason he bought a motorhome.

Docwheelhorse 2,660 #28 Posted June 27, 2011 Nothing wrong with the Blue Sky in my opinion either... its a bit old and a bit worn... but the AC works and it is comfortable enough. I have been lucky enough never to have to deal with rain at the show.... but there have been a few years that it has been beyond toasty and a room ( ANY ROOM ) with AC beats being in a tent or otherwise and cooking your brains out.... I will stay there again without issue... Tony

I think before it was a Oriental Couple It may have changed hands since we stayed there 4 years ago. Cheers ~Duke :P
SNYFIX 13 #30 Posted June 27, 2011 The "cats (horses whinny??) meow" for a show like this is a truck camper with a trailer for the toys. A eight footer (bed sized) gives you all the enemities of home including a toilet/shower however you usually have to use the toilet with the door open and/or straddle the toilet to shower. It offers a 3-way fridge as well as a stove/table. Somehow they even stuff some closet space in them as well !! Nice thing about a truck camper is it's right there on the show grounds. Course going to town can be a challenge unless the toy on the trailer is a Jeep !!!
