875

I finished restoring the 875 the other day and the seat was the finishing touch. Can't wait to show it to Dad on fathers day and get some pics of him tooling around the yard on his late fathers tractor.

Thanks everyone for the great comments. It took a lot of help from everyone here at RS and would have not been as nice without that help. I thank all of you again!

I got the muffler from TSC, $29.75, and the rain cap for $8.99. I also put in a removable pipe union near the engine so the muffler can be tilted down or removed very quick and easy.

Well I have good news and bad news, the good news first, Dad couldn't wait tell fathers day and he got to see his 875 last Sat. when I put it in the Bridgeport parade along with my mini ambulance, 400, and n1defan's meals on wheels table. He was very happy with is and here are some pics of him enjoying his tractor.

Know that's a happy father!! and know for the bad news :WRS::hide::disgust: As I was unloading the 875 from the trailer for the parade, the left ramp kicked out and the tractor flipped with me still on it. I'm fine with no injuries but the tractor got the worst part. Thank god that I had a stack muffler as it prevented the hood from getting any damage. It trypoded on the stack, lift handle and seat with me under it. The rear fender, seat, and lift handle got the worst damage.

Mental note: make sure the ramps are positioned correctly!!!! :)
