312Hydro 474 #104 Posted October 8, 2011 Lookin good! Does that blower in the back fit the dozer too? That would be awesome as a snow chucker! :thumbs2:
massey 118 #105 Posted October 8, 2011 COMANDO6, When painting the hood, I bumped the pressure up and didn't move fast enough and laid down about a 16" sag on the side . I just need to wet sand and buff it out. Duff, I'm hoping to have some fun with this. 312Hydro, I adapted that blower to fit on the C-160.

massey 118 #109 Posted December 17, 2011 Fantastic work as ever Massey, now where's the video?? Well, no video's yet but I did get to do some work on it thanks to Terry (vinyl guy). I had some ideas and we talked about some possibilities and here is what he came up with. I think they turned out great. , Thanks again Terry. Here are some parts that were zinc plated. I should be getting the rest of them next week so it shouldn't be too long after that until it's done.

massey 118 #118 Posted December 30, 2011 Thanks again for all the compliments guys. Hydro 314, I'm going to try to get the time off from work and make it up there. Ian, the vids should be at the end of this post. Now bear with me as I have never videoed anything and this is from a small digital camera. So the rest of the parts are back from plating, the majority of them are for other tractors and/or projects, but some of them were for this build. Here I am filling the extra holes in the dash which won't be used and adding one for another rocker for the up/down for the plow. Here's a few pics. And here are the vids. Once again the decals, especially the dash one, really set it off. Terry does amazing work. The maiden voyage went very well, it's easy to steer, pulls strong (I did run the engine in for 18hrs as a break in prior to this) and after all the work was priceless.

wallfish 16,927 #120 Posted December 30, 2011 VERY NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for letting us play along with your build. This build is very involved with time and materials. Would you ever do it again? Was it worth all the effort? I ask because I also bought the plans but still not sure about making the commitment to go through with it.
