K91 oil bath air filter problems

I have an oil bath air cleaner on my sons' 58 rj with a k91 kohler. I have trouble with the oil bath air cleaner filling up with gas after sitting for a while. I think it may be from a partial open needle valve. Does anyone else have an idea what it could be?

It won't start either. I pulled the oil bath and it fires up. Opinions??

Just a guess Steve but I'd say the float needs adjusted I little bit... :hide:

You may be right as I just did a rebuild with new need too. I guess it needs to close at a lower level right?

Steve you want to bend the tab up a little so the float don't "float" up to high...
