ScottC160 0 #1 Posted May 1, 2011 Ive been reading on here about the 9 pin connector on here. Could this be the reason why my 520 wont start with wiring harness hooked up from starter? Right now the only way it will start is with a wire running straight from starter crossing directly to my battery. Secondly, where would it be located? can anybody tell where to get one and what kind of price am I looking at? Thanks, Scott

Save Old Iron 1,566 #3 Posted May 2, 2011 Scott, there are other items to consider beyond the issue with the 9 pin connector - neutral switch , pto, etc follow the light blue wire on this diagram and then from the tan wire on the "S" terminal of the ignition switch http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?...sts&hl=&st=1625 the 9 pin connector is the large white plastic male /female connector that joins all the wiring from the engine to the rest of the tractor wiring. located on the right side of the engine behind the muffler area. Maybe someone has a good picture of the connector - I'm on a computer away from home at the moment.
