546cowboy 301 #1 Posted April 28, 2011 After seeing the Rat Rod I thought you might like to see something I got carried away with about 5 or 6 years ago. It started out with a free Craftsman that I was just going to scrap. After looking at it I noticed the sheet metal was really nice. So I cleaned it up and started painting before I knew it, it was looking good. So why not make something cool. Well I extended the spindles and rear axles, put the big tires on all around ,changed trans-axle and engine pulleys and this is what I got. I will wheelie, it will throw gravel when you shift on the fly and top end is about 27 mph.

546cowboy 301 #9 Posted May 2, 2011 Those front fenders were cut from another Craftsman rear seat pan. As for fun to drive it is but scary too. Probably wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have those bigger tires on the front. These county roads here are not very even and those big tires want to follow those uneven spots. It would not be fun to leave he road or turn it over on the asphalt. I had a friend follwing me one day and he was going 27 mph following me.
